
Men's Soccer to Host Marquette Friday Evening

Louisville, Ky. - The 19th ranked Louisville men's soccer will host Marquette on Friday night in Cardinal Park at 7:00 p.m. The game is the first of a three game home stand for the Cardinals.
The Cardinals enter the game with an overall record of 6-1-1 and a BIG EAST record of 1-1-0. Louisville is off to its best start in school history. Senior defender Ryan McDonald leads the Cards in scoring with three goals and one assist for seven points. Freshman forward Colin Rolfe is second on the team in scoring with three goals for six points. The Cardinals are led in goal by freshman keeper Andre Boudreaux. Boudreaux has a 0.72 goals against average on the season with two shutouts.
Marquette enters the game with an overall record of 1-3-2 and a 0-3-0 BIG EAST record. The Golden Eagles are led in scoring by Anthony Colaizzi with three goals and one assist for seven points. They are led in goal by Matt Pyzdrowski who owns a 1.06 goals against average with 14 saves.
