Cards Complete Thursday's Action at Drake Relays

DES MOINES, Iowa - University of Louisville sophomore Tarah McKay finished fourth in the women's 1,500m run, while sophomore Luc Schout was 10th in the men's 1,500m during Thursday's Distance Carnival at the prestigious Drake Relays.
McKay, a native of St. Clements, Ont., finished with a time of 4 minutes, 29.85 seconds finishing fourth out of a field of 11 in the 1,500m race. In the men's race, Schout, a native of The Netherlands, finished with a time of 3:57.43 to finish 10th in the field of 14 runners.
The Cards will continue the 2008 Drake Relays on Friday and Saturday. Following this weekend's meet, the Cards will travel to Philadelphia, Pa., for the 2008 BIG EAST Outdoor Championships on May 2-4 at Villanova Stadium.
