
Women's Basketball Hosts NCAA Selection Show Party

Louisville, Ky. - The University of Louisville women's basketball team will be hosting their NCAA Selection show party at the Parrish House on Monday, March 17 at 6:00 p.m. Free appetizers will be available to the first 100 fans.
Fans are encouraged to park across the street at the football stadium or next door in the Cardinal Inn parking lot. The 64 teams competing for the 2008 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championship will be announced from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. EST live on ESPN.
First-round play in the 2008 championship will begin on March 22 in Albuquerque, New Mexico; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Des Moines, Iowa and Stanford, California. On March 23, action will begin at Bridgeport, Connecticut; College Park, Maryland; Norfolk, Virginia and West Lafayette, Indiana.
Following second-round play at each of these sites, on March 24 and 25, regional play will commence on March 29-31 with the New Orleans Regional and Spokane Regional, while the Greensboro Regional and Oklahoma City Regional will be played on March 30 and April 1.
The 2008 Women's Final Four will be played April 6 and 8 at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida.
All 63 games of the 2008 Championship will be televised live on ESPN and ESPN2.
