
Women's Basketball Travels to Seton Hall

South Orange, NJ - The University of Louisville women's basketball team will play Seton Hall on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 2:00 p.m. in Walsh Gym. The game will be broadcast live on WKRD 790 AM or 101.7 FM with Jim Kelch and Adrienne Johnson calling the action.
Junior Angel McCoughtry leads the team in scoring and rebounding with 23.7 points and 9.0 rebounds per game. Candyce Bingham is second on the team in scoring and rebounding with 14.2 points and 7.2 rebounds per game. Senior point guard Patrika Barlow leads the team and the league in assists with 7.0 per game.
Seton Hall enters the game with an overall record of 13-11 and a 3-9 record in league play. Freshman guard Ebonie Williams leads the Pirates in scoring with 11.2 points per game. Junior forward Noteisha Womack is second on the team in scoring while leading the team in rebounding with 10.0 points and 10.5 boards per game.
Saturday's game will be just the third meeting between the two teams. The Cardinals lead the series 2-0. It will be the Cardinals' second appearance in Walsh Gym. Louisville defeated Seton Hall 65-45 in the first meeting. The Cardinals defeated the Pirates 88-67 last season in Freedom Hall.
