
Cardinals Defeat DePaul 86-68 to Stay Undefeated at Home

Louisville, Ky - (AP) -- Angel McCoughtry scored 29 points to lead four players in double figures as No. 19 Louisville cruised to an 86-68 win over DePaul on Saturday.
McCoughtry shot 11-of-20 from the field, made all seven of her free throws and added 12 rebounds for the Cardinals (21-2, 7-2 Big East). Jazz Covington scored 14 points and grabbed 12 rebounds and Yuliya Tokova added 13 points. Reserve Chauntise Wright went 7-for-7 from the field to finish with 15 points for Louisville.
Louisville lead 38-37 at halftime, then went on a 15-3 run midway through the second half to break the game open.
DePaul (14-9, 4-6) lost its second straight. Allie Quigley led the Blue Demons with 24 points and Jenna Rubino added 16.
