Colorado Springs, Colo. - Jazz Covington will be documenting her weekend at the USA Basketball Trials this weekend. Covington is one of 37 players invited to the prestigious event competing for a spot on the World University Games Team
Hello! You guys, today was off the chain, I mean totally! All we did today was scrimmaged. This morning my team went 2-1. It was soo tight! I was able to breathe and relax and play!
My team from this afternoon didn't win as many but it was still fun! Overall I have really enjoyed myself!
To top my day off...my best friend in the whole entire world came to see me!!!!!! :-) Katie Olson aka "K'Swizzle". That really brightened up my whole trip. I completely forgot about the pain and "asthma" from the first two days! It was great to see her after being away from her for a month...if you know me and Katie then you know what I mean!
Thanks for coming to see me Swizzle.
Tonight we are hanging out and enjoying our last night here! I've gotten a good meal, taken a shower, and unlike the other nights I'm about to hang out with the other players here!
Tomorrow is the big day...we will soon know the results! But until then...
