Hey Cardinal Fans--
Boy, boy, boy...day two seemed to be harder than day one! We started this morning at nine o'clock. It went pretty smooth. We did a few drills here and there; then we scrimmaged. It was all good.
After practice I did what every athlete does: EAT! Not once but twice...hey, I'm a growing girl! Now you know what comes after eating...SLEEP! So half of my day was the usual.
It got a little tougher at our second practice which started at 5:30pm. I started practice good but declined and declined some more and then it hit me again...my "asthma." The more I tried to play harder, the harder it was for me to breathe. Seriously!
But as I said before: "I pulled through like a soldier!" The main thing about today is that "I SURVIVED!" Just three more sessions and we'll know the dealio!
Well, I've eaten again for the fifth time today, taken a shower, and now...you know the drill...time to go "pass out!"
