CHICAGO (AP) - Charlene Smith and Khara Smith each scored 26 points to lead No. 18 DePaul to a 102-83 victory over Louisville on Friday night.
Ashley Luke made five 3-pointers and scored 17 points for the Lady Blue Demons (13-1, 1-0 Conference USA). Jenni Dant added 13 points and Sarah Kustok had 12.
Jazz Covington scored 29 points to lead Louisville and Katie Olson added 19 for Louisville (8-6, 0-1).
DePaul jumped out to a 50-38 lead at the half, making all 12 foul shots and shooting 6-for-13 from the 3-point range. The Lady Blue Demons shot 12-for-24 on 3-pointers for the game.
Khara Smith had 15 rebounds for DePaul.
