Louisville, Ky. - The University of Louisville's Marco Terminesi was named Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 26. Terminesi finished the week with two assists and a goal in The Cards' 1-0 win over Marquette and its 2-2 tie with USF.
Against the Golden Eagles last Wednesday, the freshman provided the assist on Ian Quatocchi's game-winning goal late in the contest. He followed that performance with a goal in the 41st minute, scoring on a header off a deflection by Felipe Tolomelli. Two minutes later, Terminesi added an assist on a Ryan Edwards goal.
The Woodbridge, Ontario native ranks second on the team with three goals and six assists for 13 points. His six assists is a team best.
