Louisville, Ky. - The University of Louisville's Adrian Cann was named a second team All-Great Lakes selection today by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Cann is one of two players from Conference USA.
"Adrian is probably the most talented player to ever play for Louisville," said head coach Tony Colavechia. "It is an honor to see him get this kind of recognition from other coaches in the region."
Cann, a Thornhill, Ontario native, earned first team All-Conference USA honors this season, becoming the first Cardinal to ever win first team honors consecutively. Cann earned second team All-Great Lakes Region honors last season.
Over the summer Cann competed the Canadian National team.
