
Kujundzic Represents Men's Tennis in All-American Championships

University of Louisville tennis player Tvrtko Kujundzic represented the Cardinals in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-American Championships at Stone Mountain, Ga. The ITA All-American Championships is the second leg of the ITA Grand Slam. It features the top collegiate players from around the country.
In the first round, the senior from Zagreb, Croatia, defeated Pennsylvania's Frankistel Stejskal 7-6(5), 6-2. Kujundzic took tenth ranked Ramsey Smith of Duke to three sets before falling 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 in the second round.
Kujundzic is currently No. 51 in the nation in the ITA's preseason rankings. As Louisville's No. 1 player, he led the Cardinals to a Conference USA championship last year and their second trip to the NCAA tournament in three years.
The Cards will travel to the Tennessee Invitational Oct. 27-29.
