In her first season with the Cardinals, Stasi guided the Cards to two team victories and one individual finish during the 2025-26 season. The Cardinals won back-to-back tournaments for the first time since the 2021-22 season when they won the Riverbend Intercollegiate and Bentwater Collegiate during the spring season. At the Bentwater, Veronika Exposito won the individual title, her first individual victory of her collegiate career. As a team, the Cardinals had five Top 5 finishes and individually Louisville had 10 Top 10 finishes on the season.
Tristyn Stasi was named an assistant coach of the Louisville women's golf team in the summer of 2025. Stasi joins the Cardinals after spending the previous three seasons competing on the EPSON Tour.
Stasi competed at the University of Illinois for her collegiate career from 2016 to 2021. She finished her career with the Illini with a 73.40 career scoring average, which currently ranks fourth all-time in program history. She earned an All-Big Ten season honor in each of her five seasons with the Illini. She was a first team All-Big Ten in the COVID-shortened 2019-20 season and second team All-Big Ten in each of her other four seasons.Â
She won two events during her collegiate career, including the 2018 Cardinal Cup at ULGC. She shot a career best 6-under-par 210 to claim the title, which is tied for the third lowest 54-hole tournament total in program history. She also claimed the individual title at the Schooner Fall Classic in the fall of 2019.Â
Stasi also competed in two Augusta National Women's Amateur tournaments while she was in college, including the inaugural tournament back in 2019.
