events.
Work closely with third party ticket partners to ensure the fastest, easiest, and best overall fan experience when purchasing and using tickets. Responsible for providing customer service, both in-person and over phone/email/text to donors, season ticket holders, and customers who want to process ticket payments, donations, and solve any and all ticket issues.
Oversee ticketing communication efforts with external, internal, and institutional customers, ensuring timely service and accurate information.
