Mioshi Cobble was recently named Assistant Director of Technology in Athletics, after joining the department as Computer Specialist for Academic Services in October of 2011. She manages 100 plus computers, laptops, and other computer related devices in several student-athlete based locations. She is responsible for installation, repair, upgrade, and replacement of computers and all other technology based devices in academic labs and offices. Prior to her time in the Athletic Department, she worked for 10 years with University of Louisville Libraries, Office of Libraries Technology. She was responsible for over 150 computers and laptops in all five libraries.

Mioshi, a Louisville native, is a former collegiate basketball player at University of the Cumberlands. She is a member of the Cumberlands' 1000 Point Club, and a member of the Who’s Who in College Athletics. Cobble graduated from Southern High School in 1988, where she was a member of the 1988 State Championship Basketball Team. Currently, she is a Deacon at St. Stephen's Church under the instruction of Rev. Dr. Kevin W. Cosby.

Cobble holds a bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of the Cumberlands (1992).

Mioshi is the mother of two children, Damesha and Darius.
