Summary of Current Role:
-Oversight of all finance & business activities of the Athletic Department including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Also serve as the liaison between the Athletic Department and the University on all business matters.
-Lead and manage the budget preparation process for the entire Athletic Department -Prepare the annual EADA & NCAA AUP external reporting, while also coordinating the annual audit.
-Oversee all monthly financial & budget reporting, projections, financial analysis, and cash monitoring.
-Serve as the CFO of the University of Louisville Golf Club

Career Highlights:
-Oklahoma: Oversaw, managed, and analyzed a Top 10 nationally ranked athletics department budget / Served on the SEC Transition Committee, helping with all bench marking and analysis during the entire 3-year transition period from the Big 12 to the SEC / Monitored all OU Foundation cash reserve balances, while also providing capital project funding management and reconciliation for key projects such as Love's Field & the Lloyd Noble Center locker room renovation project / Prepared the annual EADA & NCAA AUP reports / Served as a secondary sport administrator for volleyball
-Deloitte: Serve on the audit and review engagements of several public and private clients across five different industries, including the engagement of a notable NBA franchise / Tested, reviewed, and evaluated the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting to align with compliance of PCAOB and AICPA guidelines
-Tennessee: Create, distribute, and analyze all departmental monthly budget reports / Help establish the annual operating budget / Redevelopment of the Director of Operations Manual / Assist CFO with several capital projects & research / Assist in preparation of annual EADA & NCAA AUP reports
-NSAA: Created and served as the advisor of the Board of Student-Athletes (BOSA) student-athlete leadership group, composed of two student-athletes from all 8 NSAA member schools / Worked directly alongside the NSAA Conference Commissioner in the overall development and enhancement of the student-athlete experience for 2,100+ NAIA student-athletes / Develop new programs and initiatives for the conference, including the "#NorthStarStrong" mental health initiative, North Star Tribune player articles platform, and the NSAA Social Justice Council / Work closely with all conference athletic directors and regularly attend Board of Athletics Directors (BOAD) meetings
-Wisconsin: Assist in the fiscal year-end process / Process daily payment approvals / Attend business office & budgetary meeting
