Donal Rahill, a native of Ardee, Ireland, joined the Louisville men’s soccer staff as a Graduate Manager ahead of the 2025 season following a decorated collegiate playing career and consistent academic excellence.
Rahill began his career at Coastal Bend College (2019–2020), where he earned his Associate’s degree and helped the program to a Region XIV Conference Regular Season title. A two-time NJCAA Academic All-American, he logged 30 starts over two seasons, scored a game-winning goal against No. 4 LSU–Eunice, and contributed to multiple wins over nationally ranked opponents.
He transferred to Rogers State University (2021–2022), making 27 appearances with 16 starts, recording an assist in a 5-0 win over Harding, and playing key minutes in several shutouts. His performance earned him All-Great American Conference Honorable Mention, CSC Academic All-District honors, and President’s List recognition.
In 2023, Rahill moved to Coastal Carolina University, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree and was named to the President’s List before finishing his collegiate career at Western Michigan University in 2024. With the Broncos, he appeared in their 7-0 win over Olivet and earned a Graduate Certificate.
Outside of college soccer, Rahill competed in USL League Two with Alamo City SC, Corpus Christi FC, Little Rock Rangers SC, and captained AFC Ann Arbor to a playoff berth, earning team MVP honors.
