Summary of Current Role :
• Cultivate and facilitate programs focused on five pillars of growth: personal development, leadership
development, social justice & advocacy, career development, community engagement
• Establish leadership workshops for student-athletes focused on personal discovery and passions through the use of assessment tools such as StrengthQuest, Myers-Briggs, and other leadership theories
• Serve as University liaison to campus partners working in the Ulmer Business Career Center, Speed School Co-op Center, and University Career Development Center, in an effort to build collaboration and share career specific resources for all university
students
• Meet with prospective student-athletes and their families to discuss support provided related to personal leadership growth, career exploration, and post graduate planning
• Collaborate with Cardinal Athletic Fund staff to bring Women of Influence Program to life, connecting student-athletes and professional career women in mentoring and career exploration initiatives
• Meet with one on one with student-athletes to discuss such things as how to best provide support for them throughout their UofL experience, what goals they hope to achieve, what resources are available to them, how they connect with the community, and identifying practical experiences in career fields of interest
