2015 Cross Country: Competed in six races this season…captured a career best time of 18:23.1 in the 5K while competing at the Vanderbilt Invite…took fifth place at Evansville Early Bird…set a career best time in 6K at the Pre-Nationals Invitational finishing in 22:04.0.

2014-15: Competed in distance events during the indoor and outdoor season …set a career best in the 5,000m race finishing in 17:49.19 at the Alabama Relays …took third at the Tennessee Relays completing the 10,000m race in 37:47.02 … finished 12th at the 2015 Hoosier Hills in the 3000m…finished 20th in the 10,000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in five races as a junior … recorded personal-best times in both the 5K and 6K distances … started the season with a 16th-place finish at the Flyer 5K and a time of 19:40.8 … also competed in the Commodore Classic, the Greater Louisville Classic and the Pre-Nationals Invitational … finished 122nd at the ACC Championships.

2013-14: Competed in two indoor events (3,000m and 5,000m) and four outdoor events (800m, 1,500m, mile, and 5,000m) … opened the indoor season at the Gene Edmunds Cup with a fifth-place finish and a time of 10:42.87 in the 3,000m … finished in 17th place in the 3,000m at the Hoosier Hills meet, recording a career-best time of 10:41.52 … competed in five meets during the outdoor season … finished in ninth place in the 1,500m at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational with a career-best time of 5:00.65.

2013 Cross Country: Ran in one event, competing in the Greater Louisville Classic.

2012-13: Only competed during the outdoor season ... ran in the 3,000m and 5,000m events ... took third in the 3,000m at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational.
