Prep: Lily comes to the Ville from Cary, N.C. where she trains at East Carolina Aquatics with Coach Claudio Battaglini who also coaches here at Green Level High School. She competed at Richmond Futures where she earned silver in the 200m IM. In 2025, she was a two-time finalist at the NCHSAA 4A Regionals where she was second in the 200 IM (2:033.66) and seventh in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.58). She was second in the 200 freestyle (1:49.12) at the Cary Speedo Sectionals. She also took second in the 200m IM, as well as fourth in the 400m IM and fifth in the 100m breast, at the ISCA International Senior Cup in March of 2024. In 2023, Willis finished 14th in the 200 IM and 22nd in the 100 breast at Juniors East. At Green Level High School, Willis placed third in the 200 IM and ninth in the 100 breast at the 2024 North Carolina 4A State Championships. She took fifth and seventh, respectively, in those events as a sophomore.

Personal: She is the daughter of Angie and Fred Willis. Born August 16, 20-6. Major is exercise physiology.
