Last year, Larissa helped set a new school record in the 400-medley relay and had a lifetime best in the leadoff leg of that relay. She also added points in the 200-back making the B-Finals. In 2005-06, Larissa was a reliable and versatile point scorer both in the dual season and at the C-USA. Highlights of her dual season include a win in the 200-back versus Wright State, in the 1000-free versus Evansville and wins as part of the 400-medley relay team. As a freshman, Larissa put her name in the record books. She was a part of the record setting 200-medley relay and the 400-medley relay squads. She had wins at Evansville, Butler and Eastern Illinois. Larissa was the champion in the 100-back at her state sectional meet earning her the MVP award. Her academic achievements in high school placed her on the honor roll each year.

Personal: She is the daughter of Leo and Alice Niehoff. She was born May 30, 1985. She is majoring is Pre-med.
