Andy transferred to Louisville from the University of Alabama, where he swam fly and freestyle. He was one of the Crimson Tide's top performers in the 100- and 200-fly as well as the 50-free. He put up his best times last year at the SEC Championships. He prepped at University School where he was the captain of the two-time district champions. Individually, he won the 100-fly and the 200-IM in 2004. He is a sixteen-time All-American. He was named All-State all four years and was on the Ohio All-Star team. He was the MVP of both his high school and his club team twice for each team. He swam for the Lake Erie Silver Dolphins for Coach Jerry Holtrey. He was recruited by the University of Alabama.
Personal: He is the son of Doug and Sue Neff. He plans on majoring in Business Management. He was born on February 21, 1986.
