Official tailgate spot of Louisville Athletics, The Alley, is now open for reservations! Located directly across the street from Cardinal Stadium, this vintage looking space is the perfect option for parties, events, or any group outing. Each rental includes picnic tables, yard games, Adirondack chairs, benches and televisions already on-site, and indoor furniture if applicable. The lessee is responsible for any additional event needs.
RESERVATION OPTIONS
VIC Space (Indoor Washrooms & HVAC)
- Sunday - Thursday Reservation: $1,500
- Friday or Saturday Reservation: $2,000
Beer Garden (Porta Let Access Only)
- Sunday - Thursday Reservation: $1,250
- Friday or Saturday Reservation: $1,500
VIC Space with Exterior Area
- Sunday - Thursday Reservation: $2,500
- Friday or Saturday Reservation: $3,000
VIC, Bar, Beer Garden, and Outdoor Area
- Sunday - Thursday Reservation: $3,000
- Friday or Saturday Reservation: $4,000
ITEMS TO KNOW BEFORE RESERVING
- Outside drinks are not able to be brought into The Alley; all bar/drink sales are required to go through Sodexo.
- Sodexo catering is an option, however, outside catering is allowed.
- A $25/hour rate is paid directly to the facility manager after the event.
- Pota lets are charged separately on a per unit basis; $90/regular unit and $120/ADA unit.
- An on-site LED Board will be available in the near future. It will have the capabilities to play a cable signal, take a feed from a laptop, or be run from the ACCN Studio. Additional costs may be added depending on how the board will need to operate for the event.
