HOW IT WORKS
Prior to the start of the season, you will receive an email notification from Louisville Athletics on how to access your tickets. Tickets will be assigned 48 hours before each home game.
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Here are some steps that you’ll need to follow for easy access:
- Download the Louisville Cardinals app on your iPhone or Android device.
- Once the app is open, click on the "Tickets" icon in the bottom navigation.
- Click on the View/Manage My Tickets button.
- Sign in to your My Cardinals Account.
- Once tickets are assigned, they will show up on your mobile device after sign in.
- Click on the event to view your barcode or transfer your tickets. Use these barcodes to scan into the stadium/arena on game day.
TIP: Fans should save their tickets to their mobile wallet by selecting ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ or ‘Add to Google Play’ on their tickets to ensure a smooth entry on gameday.

WHICH GAMES ARE INCLUDED WITH MY CARDSPASS?
Your pass includes a ticket to each of Louisville's regular season home games.
HOW MANY CARDSPASS TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?
You can purchase up to twelve (12) passes online. All passes purchased together will be seated together at each game.
Additionally, you may utilize the "Sit with Friends" feature to link seats with other CardsPass purchasers on a game-by-game basis (subject to availability). You will receive an email from Louisville Athletics prior to the season with details on how to select the “Sit with Friends” option.
CAN I BRING DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITH ME TO EACH GAME?
Yes, different people can attend each game.
WHY DO I NEED TO USE AN IPHONE OR ANDROID SMARTPHONE?
The CardsPass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to games and seat assignments are managed through your iPhone or Android through the Louisville Cardinals app.
CAN MY TICKETS BE LOADED INTO MY MOBILE WALLET?
Yes, CardsPass tickets may be loaded into your mobile wallet after your seat has been assigned prior to each game.
AM I GUARANTEED A SEAT FOR ALL HOME GAMES WITH THE CARDSPASS?
Yes! Seat locations will be assigned approximately 48-hours prior to each home game, based on available inventory the week of the game.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED ADA SEATING?
Fans requiring accessible seating should contact the Louisville Athletic Ticket Office (502-852-5151) in advance of purchasing CardsPass tickets to verify accessible seating is not sold out.
HOW DO I GET INTO L&N STADIUM AND/OR THE KFC YUM! CENTER WITH MY CARDSPASS?
Your ticket for each game can be found within the Louisville Cardinals app. Upon logging in, you will be provided with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission.
HOW DO MY GUEST(S) SCAN IN?
Your guest(s) can either enter with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. After accepting your ticket, simply tap the Transfer button in the Ticket Management view and enter your guest's email address to transfer. Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest.
CAN I SIT WITH OTHER CARDSPASS PURCHASERS?
Yes, if you would like to sit with other pass purchasers, you may link your pass prior to the season. You will receive an email from Louisville Athletics with a link to request to “Sit with Friends.” Upon completion of the form, the ticket office will link your account your account with the account(s) of the CardsPass members requested (subject to seating availability).
CAN I SELL MY CARDSPASS FOR GAMES I AN UNABLE TO ATTEND?
No, the CardsPass is not eligible for resale features.
