Iron Cardinal Award
The 'Iron Cardinal' award is earned by the top performers on each team during their preseason performance testing. Performances on every testing event (vertical jump, squat, pro agility, etc.) are scored and totaled using the LSP Performance Index. 'Iron Cardinals' have their name placed on the recognition board on the 'Wall of Honor' in the Marshall Center for one year. In addition, a group picture of each year's 'Iron Cardinals' is displayed permanently in the Marshall Center.
