2023-24: At the ACC Championships in Greensboro, Aidan was 20th in the 100 breast (53.80) and 23rd I the 200 breast (1:58.04). During the dual meet season, he had a third place finish in the 100M breast (1:04.39) and fourth in the 200M breaststroke (3:25.18) at Tennessee. At the Missouri meet, he was fourth in the 100 breast (54.97) and third in the 200 breast (2:00.46). Against rival Kentucky, he was fourth in the 100 breast (54.41) and fifth in the 200 breast (2:00.18). At the double dual meet versus Wisconsin and Indiana, he was third in the 200 breaststroke (1:56.14). Against Cincinnati, he won the 200 breaststroke with a time of 1:56.31 and second in the 100 breaststroke (54.35).
2022-23: At the ACC Championships, Kreiley made the B-final of the 100 breaststroke with a 53.25 to touch 15th overall. He made the C-final of the 200 breast, where he touched 17th overall with a time of 1:55.62. He finished 42nd in the 200 IM (1:50.21). In the dual meet season, he finished second in the 100 breast against Xavier in the opener. At Tennessee, he was sixth in the 100 breast and fifth in the 200 breast before helping the B-relay team to a fifth place finish in the 200 medley relay with his split of 25.11. At Notre Dame, Kreiley touched second in the 100 breast. At the Purdue Invitational, he was sixth in the 100 breast finals and helped the B-relay team to a third place finish splitting 24.21 in the Cards’ 1:26.79. At Missouri, he was third in the both the 100 and 200 breaststroke. Against rival Kentucky, Aidan was second in the 100 breast (54.70) and fourth in the 200 breast (2:01.27). Against Indiana, he was fifth in the 100 breast and sixth in the 200 breast. In the season finale, he was second in the 200 breast and third in the 100 breast against Cincinnati.
2021-22: Bringing depth to the breaststroke team, Kreiley had a solid dual meet season for the Cardinals. He posted eight top-6 finishes highlighted by a first place finish in the 200 breaststroke against Kentucky. Kreiley had a quartet of third place wins in the 100 breaststroke (54.58) and 200 medley relay (breaststroke) at Cincinnati and the 100 breaststroke (54.55) and the 200 medley relay (breaststroke) against Kentucky. Against the Indiana Hoosiers, Kreiley recorded a 5th place finish in the 100 breaststroke (54.37), a 6th place finish in the 200 breaststroke (1:59.67), and a 6th place finish in the 200 medley relay (breaststroke). After working hard in the classroom, he was named to the ACC Academic Honor and the University of Louisville AD Honor Roll.
2020-21: Kreiley posted several standout performances in the breaststroke events during his first season with the Cardinals. At the ACC Championships, he placed 17th in the 200 breaststroke (1:58.20), 25th in the 100 breaststroke (54.32), and also raced the 200 individual medley (1:52.08). He also posted eighth top-8 finishes throughout the shortened dual meet season, highlighted by a runner-up showing in the 100 breaststroke and a third-place finish in the 200 breaststroke against Kentucky. He also finished fifth and sixth in those events against Notre Dame while placing fourth and third, respectively, in those races versus Cincinnati. At the Louisville Invitational, Kreiley swept both breaststroke events.
