Team Notes
- The attendance of 14,862 ranks as the seventh-largest crowd in KFC Yum! Center history.
- Louisville grabbed 16 offensive rebounds, the 11th-consecutive game with double digits on the offensive end (extends to the 2013-14 season; 10 versus LSU on March 30, 13 against Maryland on April 1).
- The 46 first-half points also marked the seventh time this season that the Cardinals have scored at least 40 points in the first half.
- Louisville hit 24 free throws against Kentucky. It is the most since it tailed the same amount against Houston on Feb. 23, 2014.
- The Cardinals shot 51.7 percent from the floor in the first half. It is the ninth time this season they have shot over 50 percent for a half.
Player Notes
- With her first free throw at the 41-second mark in the first half, Sara Hammond eclipsed the 1,000-point plateau. She is the 25th player in school history to reach that accolade.
- Freshman Myisha Hines-Allen set a season high with nine rebounds in the loss to Kentucky.
- Mariya Moore also set a season high in rebounds with six.
- Senior Bria Smith set a season high with nine free throws made. Her previous season high was four against both UT-Martin and Valparaiso.

- Smith's nine free throws gives her 295 for her career, moving her into sixth all-time in school history. She passed Nell Knox, who had 293 from 1989-93.
- Nell Knox and Kristin Mattox had their jerseys honored during a halftime ceremony.

- Knox has the third-most points in school history (1,899) and was the first to surpass 1,500 for their career.
- Mattox scored 1,737 points, ranking her fifth all-time at Louisville. She is just one of three players to average more than 20 points in a season.
