Team Notes
- With the win, Louisville now has a 64-8 record at the KFC Yum! Center.
- Head coach Jeff Walz has an 85-18 record in non-conference games while at Louisville after the victory against Iowa.
- The Cardinals improve to 129-14 under Jeff Walz when they score at least 70 points.
- Louisville's 34-point win marks the largest margin of victory in ACC/Big Ten Challenge history, surpassing a 33-point win by Michigan over Wake Forest in 2010.
- Louisville extended its nonconference regular season home game win streak to 19. It began on Dec. 8, 2012, against Valparaiso.
- The Cardinals registered their eighth double-digit victory of the season.
- Louisville grabbed 15 offensive rebounds, the 10th-consecutive game with double digits on the offensive end (extends to the 2013-14 season; 10 versus LSU on March 30, 13 against Maryland on April 1).
- The Cardinals grabbed a season-high 50 rebounds in the win over Iowa. It is the most since Dec. 21, 2013, against Colorado, when they tailed 52.

- The 46 first-half points also marked the sixth time this season that the Cardinals have scored at least 40 points in the first half.
- The Cardinals dominated in the paint against Iowa, tallying 58 points down low. It is the seventh game this season in which they have scored at least 45 points in the paint.
- Louisville limited Iowa to just 1-for-17 from 3-point range, the Cardinals' best effort since holding SMU to 1-for-18 on Dec. 29, 2013.
Player Notes
- Sara Hammond set a season high in points with 19 against Iowa. She also tied a career high with nine field goals made.
- She is now six points away from 1,000, which would make her the 25th player in program history to hit that plateau.
- Arica Carter set a season-high in points (eight) and field goals made (four) in the victory over Iowa.
- Emmonnie Henderson set a season high in steals with two in the win over Iowa.
- Mariya Moore tied her season high with four steals against Iowa. She set that season high on Nov. 11 against IUPUI.
