Team Notes
- Louisville now has won four-consecutive home openers with the 77-63 victory over UT-Martin.
- With the win, Louisville now has a 59-8 record at the KFC Yum! Center.
- Jeff Walz has a 79-18 record in non-conference games while at Louisville after the victory against UT-Martin.
- Louisville's 25-point halftime lead is the largest since a 27-point margin against Houston on March 8 in the AAC Tournament.
- Louisville had five players score in double figures for the first time since five reached that plateau on March 25, 2014, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament against Iowa.
- Louisville held UT-Martin to 43 points for the game. The last time it held an opponent to less than 50 points was on March 30, 2014, against LSU in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament in a 73-47 victory.
- Louisville finished the game with eight turnovers, marking the fewest since totaling eight against Austin Peay on Dec. 14, 2013.
Player Notes
- Myisha Hines-Allen scored in double-digits for the second straight game to begin her freshman season. She had 14 against UT-Martin after having 11 on Friday against IUPUI.
- Mariya Moore also scored in double-digits for the second straight game. She had 12 against UT-Martin to go along with the 22 points she scored against IUPUI on Friday.
- Bria Smith totaled a game-high four steals, giving her 202 for her career. She needs just five more to tie for No. 6 all-time with Tuonisia Turner (207, 1988-92).
