With a 69-62 win over 11/14 Colorado, Louisville improves to 12-1 on the season. The Cardinals 12-1 record is tied for the second best 13-game start in school history. The Cardinals improve to 1-1 against Colorado. They lost the first matchup against the Buffaloes 70-66 on Dec. 14, 2012 in Boulder.
Louisville is now 9-8 all-time against current members of the Pac-12. The most common opponent has been Oregon and Utah, having played both of them three times.

Senior Shoni Schimmel scored a season-high 30 points against Colorado, the most by any Louisville player this season. It is the third 30+ point game in Schimmel's career
Schimmel's 30 point game against Colorado is the first time a Cardinal player has scored 30+ points in a game since she scored 38 against USF on Jan. 30, 2013.
Schimmel knocked down 13 of 16 free throws against Colorado, both career-highs for her. The 13 free throws made and the 16 free throws attempted are both tied for the third most in school history. The last player to hit 13 free throws was Bria Smith going 13 of 15 against DePaul on Feb. 17, 2013.
Junior Bria Smith attempted a season-high 12 field goals against Colorado. Her previous high was 10 against Austin Peay. She also scored 13 points, the second most points she has scored this season.
Smith moves into the top 10 in career free throw attempts with her eight attempts against Colorado moving to ninth on the list at 342. She is eight attempts from moving past Tuonisha Turner for eighth at 349.
Smith knocked down three free throws against Colorado to give her 223 in her career, pushing her to within eight of moving past Candyce Bingham for 10th on the career free throws made list at 230.
Redshirt junior Shawnta Dyer tied her career-high with two blocks against Colorado. This marks the sixth time in her career she has recorded two blocks in a game and the second time this season.
