
Men's Swimming Hosts Tennessee

The University of Louisville men's swimming and diving team opens its home season Friday at 1 p.m. when Tennessee invades the Ralph Wright Natatorium.
The Cardinals are coming off a banner season in 2008-09 that saw them send a historic seven swimmers to the NCAA and three to the World Championships after spending the entire season nationally ranked in the top 25.
Along with a heralded recruiting class, U of L returns Carlos Van Isschot, Brendon Andrews and Kris Findorff, all of whom medalled at BIG EAST last year. Also Pedro Oliveira and Carlos Almeida, both of whom were not only BIG EAST Champions, but swam at the FINA World Championships for Portugal.
