JIM PATTERSON STADIUM GUIDE
ATM
There are ATMs located inside Jim Patterson Stadium. Most concession stands and vendors also accept debit and credit cards.
BAGS
Bags larger than 12" x 12" are prohibited at Jim Patterson Stadium. Diaper bags are permitted only if accompanied by an infant. Exceptions will be made for medical requirements and special needs. For additional details, please click the link below.
CAMERAS
Hand held, point and shoot cameras (without a flash) are allowed in. Video cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, tripods are not permitted except for accredited members of the media.
FIRST AID
First Aid is located down the first base line just prior to the restrooms.
FOOD
Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside Jim Patterson Stadium. There are concession stands and portable vendors to serve patrons.
FOUL BALLS
Please be alert at all times during the game as there is always a possibility that a foul ball may enter the seating area. Please do not run after foul balls in Jim Patterson Stadium.
GATES OPEN
Gates open 60 minutes prior to games.
PETS
Pets are not allowed inside Jim Patterson Stadium with the exception of service animals.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
As a general rule, any items that obstruct the view of other guests or that can be used as projectiles, that interfere with the comfort of other guests or are deemed inappropriate/hazardous by stadium security are prohibited.
Guests are subject to visual inspection of person, parcels, bags, and clothing capable of concealing prohibited items. Guests may refuse inspections but management reserves the right to refuse entry. Guests that are found with prohibited items are subject to ejection from the stadium.
The following items are NOT permitted to be brought into:
- Alcohol
- Animals (except assistive animals for guests with disabilities)
- Balls
- Banners
- Beverages
- Bicycles
- Cameras (still) with a lens greater than 100mm or changeable lenses
- Containers
- Confetti, streamers, glitter, balloons
- Drones
- Fireworks
- Food
- Illegal drugs
- Laser pointers
- Markers (permanent) and/or paint
- Noisemaking devices
- Picnic baskets
- Sticks or poles
- Sports equipment
- Televisions
- Video recorders
- Weapons
- Wrapped gifts
RAIN OUTS
If a game is rained out, tickets will be valid for the date and time in which that game is made up. If the game is canceled due to weather, fans can exchange their ticket for a future home game during the regular season, based on availability. There are no refunds.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
Jim Patterson Stadium has a strict no-rentry policy. Fans are not permitted to leave and re-enter the stadium.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located down the first and third baseline in the concourse.

SCOUTS
All scouts must have a Scout Pass to enter Jim Patterson Stadium. Scout passes can be obtained by emailing tickets@gocards.com or signing in at the main box office. Scouts can enter 2 hours prior to first pitch with a valid ticket.
SEATING
Sections 103, 105 and 206-208 are located directly behind home plate. Sections 101 and 201-205 are located down the first base line behind the home team dugout. Sections 107, and 209-213 are located down the first base line behind the visiting team dugout. General admission/Berm seating is located in the bleacher/grass area behind right/center field. There are no permanent seats in the berm. Wheelchair and ADA seating are available in sections 103, 105, 204, and 210, and based on availability. Fans needed ADA seating should contact the ticket office in advance of the game.
SMOKING/TOBACCO POLICY
The use of all types of tobacco products (including and not limited to, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and cigarillos, hookah smoked products, pipes, oral tobacco and nasal tobacco) is prohibited in all university buildings and on all university-owned properties, including parking lots, garages, and all outside areas. This also includes any product intended to mimic tobacco products, contain tobacco flavoring, or deliver nicotine other than for the purpose of cessation.
TICKET OFFICE
The ticket office is located on the right side of the main gates on 3rd street. The ticket office will open 60 minutes prior to the start of each game.
UMBRELLAS
For the comfort and safety of all fans, umbrellas are not permitted inside Jim Patterson Stadium and no storage is available. Please be prepared to use rain gear or ponchos during inclement weather.
