Community Appearance Request Form
Thank you for interest in an appearance by a Louisville student-athlete or coach. The University of Louisville Athletics Department is proud to be a part of the Louisville community and will carefully consider each request. Please note that, throughout the year, we receive numerous requests for student-athlete and coach appearances and strive to balance the appearances with their availability, practice, games, class, and personal time. All appearances are subject to NCAA compliance approval.
Appearance requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the event date. Appearances also are restricted to a 30-mile radius of U of L.
