Women's Track and Field Competes at Bellarmine Classic

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The nationally ranked University of Louisville women's track and field program picked up a pair of top-ten finishes locally at the Bellarmine Classic on Saturday.
Junior Rebecca Scott took fifth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:19.24, while senior Karen Amundson finished sixth in the long jump with a distance of 15-02.75 (4.64m).
Louisville will now head to the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships on April 30-May 2 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
